Description

CAR SYN GL 5 is a fully synthetic fuel-efficient gear oil with special EP- and other additives, for use in heavy-duty powershift and other transmissions, where EP-properties are required and other mineral oil based EP gear oils cause problems.

CAR SYN GL 5 gear oil is optimally suited for use in transmissions with gear shifting problems.

• CAR SYN GL 5 is assigned to category 2 of used oils and thus is free for disposal. 

Miscibility

• CAR SYN GL 5 is fully tolerated with comparable lubrications and can be mixed. However, to get full advantage of CAR SYN GL 5 it is recommended not to mix CAR SYN GL 5 with other customary hypoid gear oils.
