Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni
Special Low Silicate Si-OAT/ Nitrite Radiator Protection Concentrate
Customs number: 38200000
Catalog page KC/WI/-
Description
Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni is a silicate- free, phosphate- free mono ethylene glycol based antifreeze concentrate for use in summer and winter with frost and rust protection properties (all- year- round use).
Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni is used as cooling and heat transfer fluid used in combustion engines, in particular for "Heavy Duty" engines.
Properties
- Effective corrosion protection for all engine metals, including aluminum and iron alloys
- Excellent protection against cavitation
- Aluminum protection
- Uniform and homogeneous protective layer
- No gelation and failures
Application
Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni has been developed as a special high-performance engine coolant which is suitable for engines made of cast iron, aluminum or combinations of the two metals as well as for cooling systems made of aluminum or copper alloys.
Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni is suitable for gasoline, diesel and natural gas engines in vehicles or in industrial applications and is specifically recommended for high performance engines, in which a high-temperature protection for aluminum is of great importance.
Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni meets the coolant TMC RP329 and ASTM D6210 for high performance engines.
It is part of a good maintenance practice to test the nitrite concentration regularly (see OEM recommendations). If the nitrite concentration falls below 800 ppm, a replacement of the product is recommended.
Typical concentrations in northern Europe are 50% Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni and 50% water (recommended: softened water), with a frost protection up to -40 ° C.
Mixtures with more than 70 vol. % of Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni are not recommended as the maximum achievable frost protection (-69 ° C) is reached at 68 vol. % .

Miscibility
- Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni is miscible with most of the coolants based on ethylene glycol.
For optimum corrosion protection the use pure Antifreeze US 6210 EVO Ni recommended.
For the preparation of mixtures softened water should be preferred.
