Description

Antifreeze ANF KK48 is a structured ethylene glycol concentrate special hybrid engine coolant for summer and winter, with frost and rust protection (for all-season use).

Antifreeze ANF KK48 the special hybrid radiator with high corrosion resistance-share for the engine and cooling system that meets the modern demands of the development in motor.

Antifreeze ANF KK48 contains an inhibitor package based on silicate, borate, and salts of organic acids (hybrid coolant).

Antifreeze ANF KK48 is nitrite, amine and phosphate free.

Properties

• Powerful and long-lasting protection against corrosion for all parts of the cooling system, which consist of materials such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, soft solder 
• Maintenance-free frost and overheating protection with a higher boiling point 
• Extended coolant life 
• Avoidance of cavitation damages, such as on the collant pump 
• Compatibility with varnishes 
• Compatibility with hose and sealing materials 
• Avoidance of sediments, which can cause radiator plugging 
• Avoidance of foaming 

Application

Antifreeze ANF KK48 should be mixed before pouring into the cooling circuit with water at a concentration of 33 to max. 60 vol% can be used.

Applying a 50/50 ratio for the mixture of water and Antifreeze ANF KK48 is recommended.

Miscibility

• As the particular application advantages of Antifreeze ANF KK48 only adjust when Antifreeze ANF KK48 is used alone, the mixing with other coolants is not recommended.
  For the preparation of mixtures preferably softened water should be used.
