Special OAT / Nitrite, Molybdate Coolant Concentrate (Color: red)
Customs no.: 38200000
Description
Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni is a radiator protection concentrate based on 1,2‑ethanediol (MEG) that has been specially developed for the particular requirements of heavy‑duty engines. Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni Contains an inhibitor package based on organic acids (OAT) combined with nitrite and molybdate according to ASTM D6210 for special protection against cavitation damage. Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni It is particularly suitable for use in high‑performance diesel engines that operate under especially harsh conditions with long duty cycles. Such engines are typically used in off‑highway machinery, in agriculture, mining, earthmoving, construction, high‑power stationary machinery, as well as in locomotives and marine engines. Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni We recommend this product exclusively for vehicles where nitrite‑containing coolants are required according to ASTM D4985 and ASTM D6210.

Use
Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni was specifically developed for nitrite‑containing antifreeze systems in high‑performance engines. To achieve the nitrite cavitation protection required by ASTM D6210, we recommend a mixing ratio of 50:50 by volume.
Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni must not be used undiluted. The permissible concentration range is above 40% by volume and below 60% by volume. Regularly testing the nitrite concentration is part of good maintenance practice (see OEM recommendations).
Even though Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni offers special long‑term protection, vehicles must be regularly serviced according to the respective OEM's maintenance schedule. We recommend changing the coolant after a maximum of 12,000 operating hours or 500,000 km (whichever comes first).
Miscibility
Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni For optimal corrosion protection, the unmixed use of Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni Recommended. Softened water should preferably be used for preparing mixtures. Optimal performance is only guaranteed if the entire cooling system is drained, flushed, and completely refilled with coolant. Polarfreeze US 6210 EVO Ni It is filled in a mixing ratio of 1:1.
